The hall is currently available for hire for the purpose of children's birthday parties on Saturdays 11am - 7pm and Sundays 7am - 7pm.

Cost of Hire:
The cost of hire is £30 per hour, minimum hire time of 2 hours. Plus £150 refundable deposit.
A £20 non-refundable booking fee is required to reserve the date of hire, this amount is deducted from the total hire amount.
The remaining balance and refundable deposit is due at least 2 weeks prior to the date of hire.
Please include set-up and clear-up time within your booking time as the times stated on the form will be the times you will be provided access to the hall.
The process for hiring hall:
1. Email us to confirm availability at email@example.com
(Please note this inbox is monitored by volunteers, we aim to respond within 48 hours, weekdays.)
2. You will receive an email confirming availability, if available the booking form will be included.
3. Return the form and make bank transfer.
4. Email confirmation is sent to you confirming booking and final payment due date if applicable.
5. Arrive at hall on date and time of hire where you will be provided access.
6. The refundable deposit will be returned by bank transfer within 7 days as long as the terms and conditions were adhered to.
